How information submitted through the Academy website forms is handled.
Information you choose to send
The enrollment, visit, contact, partnership, and employment forms collect only the information shown in their labeled fields. The employment form is text-only and does not accept file uploads.
How form information is used
The Academy uses form information to respond to questions, discuss enrollment, coordinate requested visits, explore partnerships, or review initial employment applications. Do not use these forms to send Social Security numbers, medical information, financial account details, identity documents, background-check records, transcripts, or student records.
Delivery, storage, and spam protection
Cloudflare processes each submission for spam protection and delivery to the Academy email inbox. The website form worker does not create a database copy. The Academy’s email providers may retain the delivered message under their own settings and policies. Cloudflare Turnstile and request throttling are used to reduce automated abuse.
Questions or corrections
The Academy has not published a fixed website-form retention period. To ask about a form you sent, request a correction, or ask whether an email copy can be deleted, contact info@herbluskchristian.org.
